  IF the demand is high,what prevents the farmers to approach the Banks with their BUSINESS PLANS for LOANS ???????
  WHY should GOVT foot ALL the bills ???

  all these brings various diseases to the country. Ebola is out already, let be careful. Invest in Fish farming instead.
