  Since your lQs are low and stealing is the norm, you will waste all government money for frivolous things. What are you telling Ghanaians? Were we there when you were signing and revoking the agreements? Tell the appropriate person; the Balkans or the courts. A small beautiful and rich country, given to you to rule to prosperity, stealing, greed, visionlessness, and all dimensions of incompetency of this NDC and dramani regime, you have reduced this beautiful country into a laughing stock, a beggar, etc. Square pegs in round holes all over the place. There is a prize to pay but Ghana will survive

Ghana should be in the Guinness Book of Records for the MOST ABROGATED CONTRACTS.

  So you hire someone to do work, they fail to actually do anything, and now you have to pay them $12M for not 1 watt of power.....only in Ghana.
