  John Mahama needs to revisit his drawing board.He caused the problems by delegating his authority to people who do not know how to do it.
  The create income for family members,friends,old boys,political connections,party adherents,ethnic affiliates strategy does not bring out the best brains.

  Ghana's problem is not fiscal instability and has never been. Ghana's problem is the neo colonial World Banked foundation of its economy. An economy which only grows businesses of foreign companies, any fiscal problems are the headache of foreigners so I'm not surprised that the neo colonial world Bank is fighting for them. For us in Ghana, it is the draconian failed policies and programs coming from the World Bank to our Government that affect our growth as an independent state

  Blaming Obroni, World Bank and the West for the mismanagement of our affairs doesn’t work any longer. You have to be serious and stop nepotism, corruption and a lazy attitude to hard work.

  Thievery on an unprecedented scale coupled with maddening incompetence are major contributory factors to the tanking of Ghana's economic growth.
  As it stands the masses have no confidence in the Mahama led NDC gov't to address the issues.
  The withholding of donor support again goes to show unambiguously that, the international community also, does not have any confidence in the ability of the Mahama led NDC gov't, to address their own self inflicted crisis in the socio-economic growth and development of the country.
  Going into 2016 and beyond, it is very clear that, the Mahama led NDC gov't would need to be booted out massively, for a competent team to take over to address the crisis of thought and ability to address the challenges imposed by the recklessness of the Mahama/Amissah Arthur NDC gov't.

  If Baah says; the TUC will "never accept a pay freeze...will fight and fight....", then the government must stand firm and call Baah bluff. If his outfit (the TUC) tries to cripple Ghana by strikes and sabotage to wait for NPP, the party it prefers, to take power it must know that even if NPP takes the reign, one-way or the other, it will ask the TUC for wage restraint. To accept this will regard TUC a partisan of NPP and polarize the unions - ultimately, leading to the demise of the TUC.
  
  In hard economic downturns all gov'ts including Britain, the doyen of democracy, have brought in wage freeze to address the economy and Ghana mustn't be an exception to it. The TUC must not destroy Ghana because of the failure of its favoured party unable to win power. It will have itself to blame if Ghana becomes unstable by its action.
