  What is her legacy at Vodafone? It took Vodafone six (6) months to install my fixed line and provide me with a home WiFi in East Legon. Several calls were made to "Call Centres" with no one to respond. Nobody takes responsibility at that company. It is very sad indeed.

  Ofosu, are you jealous. If no one will sing your praises when you know you deserve a song of that nature, write your own and sing it louder than somebody else would have done.

  I do not know Carmen Bruce-Annan, but a friend of mine who works for Vodafone in the UK, tells me she was awesome in all aspects of her calling.
  
  On a scale of 0 - 10 (0=inefficient, 10=highly efficient and professional) he would have awarded her 9.5.
  
  Ofosu, that would have been an excellent score, in my opinion.

The piece came from her desk and had her fon nos and email. Self promotion or advertising. Did she "change the face of CSR in Ghana"?? How.This is a poor, fraudulent effort at self glorification and promotion. Shame. Mind you, I dont' even know her..
