  MAINTENANCE IS THE KEY COMPONENT LACKING TO UPHOLD THE INTEGRITY OF OUR GRAVEL ROADS. I WROTE ELSEWHERE THAT THE GOVERNMENT MUST PROVIDE ONE GRADER FOR EACH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY TO MAINTAIN THE COUNTRIES GRAVEL ROADS. THE REASONS ARE BASIC. GRAVEL ROADS LOOSE THE GRAVEL TO THE SIDES OF THE ROADS AND INTO THE DRAINS. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A GRAVEL ROAD, A GRADER MUST BRING THE GRAVEL FROM THE SIDES PUSHED BY TRAFFIC TO THE MIDDLE TO COVER THE RUT OR POTHOLES AND EVEN THE SURFACE AND ALSO MAINTAIN THE SIDE SLOPES EVERY WEEK OR TWO BY THE GRADER, HENCE THE NEED FOR EVERYWHERE WE HAVE GRAVEL FEEDER ROADS, MUST HAVE A GRADER ELSE THE SURFACE WILL RUT OR BE FULL OF POTHOLES AND DETERIORATE BEYOND REPAIR WITHOUT ADEQUATE MAINTENANCE. MR. PRESIDENT, THIS IS NO JOKE SIR. OH! THIS IS HOW IT IS DONE ELSEWHERE OR A NORMAL PRACTICE.

  Jettison the NDC gov't in 2016, because they have demonstrated they are grossly unfit for governance.
