  And whilst there's an uptick in the price of cocoa on the international market ie over $3000 per ton, there's a consistent decrease in production with farmers not getting their bonuses. The mass spraying exercise as well as the fertilizer subsidy have been curtailed by the Mahama led NDC gov't. Meanwhile, it's on record that Ghana's major foreign exchange earners has gold at the top, followed by cocoa, then remittances from Ghanaians abroad with tourism at the fourth place. Does this show a gov't which is exercising their brains?Tweaaa.
