  on what basis is the minister comparing Ghana to these other countries? where have their GDP's fallen from with regards to the AGric contribution and their total production in AGric. In what areas in the Agric sector are these comparisons being made? I find it hard to understand how we are so quick to identify problems but fail terribly in finding the solutions to them.

  IF WE NEGLECT THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AT THE SECTOR; WE WILL BE NEGLECTING THE COUNTRY'S ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMEMT.

  Ghana needs to modify the farming system in the country. Provide tools and equipments in large quantiy which can also make farming work easier and faster which can also help to produce food in a very large quantity and the more products the farmers gain and sell out the more money they gain. Let give high payment to them to make the society to recognize how important farmers work are and how relivant they are to the country and the world.Let help to less the use of manpower in farming and rather use high quality equipments and tools and apply the use of technology to the farmimg system.By so doing the youth would have more interests in farmng. Thanks.

The reason why youth aren't interested in farming is just because they see it has an olding time work why because we are still using the old time system of farming which much manpower or labor is used than the power of the brain. Whiles scientist has made us know that it's the brain that controls the body but not the body that controls the brain. Lets modify our farming system today so that i and my collegues would be convince to join in with no regret for today and tomorrow. Thanks.
