  ..............come to Tumu and see the non functional community ICT centres lying there. Insted of using some of the money equip the already built ones see what you dey talk of.

  If you can't lie, you can't be in politics and this is exactly what the Ndc is doing so don't worry your head to ask for imperical evidence when they are touting their unprecedented achievements !
