  Ghana needs M&A journal or periodicals so that people who are interested in M&A activity will consult to update their knowledge in that field, we should not leave M&A activities to only banks.

  This writer seem to paint glowing picture of business enviroments in Ghana that seem to attract the inflow of capital or encourage Mergers and Acqusitions of Banks and Businesses. The real impressions out of the shores of Ghana does not suggest or support that assertion, If that were so, why is there no single Ghanaian Company partaking in the ongoing World Economic Forum in Nigeria. 16 model companies accross Africa were selected to showcase the portentials of businesses in Africa, these companies come from Nigeria, South Africa, Kemya and even Uganda. No single Ghanaian business man is present in Nigeria to take advantage of sny business opportunity, neither is any Ghanaian company big enough to merit a showcase at the World Economic Forum; so what is the deceitful self glorifications about.?
