  He also said signing the partnership will challenge Ghana to build its competitiveness, increase the capacity of local industries, and increase exports to take advantage of the opportunity.
  
  But you failed to meet that challenge during the Interim EPAs since 2008. Why?

  I wonder if the goods we make can ever compete with goods from EU?
  
  The reality is our industrialization will fail once EPA is signed.
  
  We will just be West African Nations of consumers period.
