  Public sector has to be cut down in size and made efficient. All state institutions must work to deliver fast, efficient and cost effective services to the public. NO MORE WATCHING TV/LISTENING TO RADIO/EATING TAKE WAYS/WASTING TIME AT STATE EXPENSE AND EACH TIME CLAIMING TO BE IN MEETINGS. NO MORE EXCUSES. NO MORE FREE MONEY. Everything possible must be done to help private manufacturing sector become super efficient and competitive to serve the local market and to export. Plug all smuggling loopholes and prosecute severely to serve as deterent to officials and criminals engaged in duty evasion out of free zones etc. No special treatment to state officials, they are public servants and NOT the public who are their servants. No money wasting on fuel wasting 4x4 vehicles for ministers and long convoys etc. No free money to cronies and dubious contracts. Collect back all wrongly paid and fake judgment debts. Stop all the GYEEDA /SUBAH ETC NONSENSE. ANSWERS ARE ALL THERE TO TURN THIS ECONOMY AND IT IS THE PRESIDENT AND HIS TEAM WHO HAVE TO TAKE THE NECESSARY LEAD ACTIONS TO GET THINGS BACK ON TRACK.

  GH IS NOW A SERVICE AND IMPORT NATION. IF U CANT CREATE, U ARE DEAD!
  THE GOVT, PRIVATE SECTOR MUST CREATE NEW SECTORS AND ALSO DEVELOP MORE CAPACITY AREAS TO SUBSTITUTE FOR THESE IMPORT DEFICITS.

  I'm assuming you understand that Tullow takes the significant majority of profit from the oil....they should be doing well.
