This spells it all out! The modern equivalence of the trinkets, 3rd grade rum, guns and gun powder, etc. that the whites used to exchange for the slaves in the past.
The issue is that the laws are being flouted by this Mahama Admin in such a way that is clearly detrimental to the long term interest of Ghanaians. Can't they think at all???

Being privately owned, the port, when built, can receive the necessary finance for maintenance without the usual fuss and political tension which is associated with government's projects.
What is needed is enforcement of a law to bring the company into line.
