    GPHA is the sole entity mandated to deal with issues of ports in the country, so how come this exclusivity? One just cannot understand the lawlessness. It's legendary.

    What are you afraid of MDU? If GPHA is capable of building Ports then they should have been able to manage Tema and Takoradi Ports better and ensure its expansion over the years. What do we see right now?
