so far pasts and currents governements have failed the populace who voted them into governements. As a country certain keys sectors should be considered fondamental and critical for a nation building and Policies concerning such sectors should not only be how to prevent problems but advancements in those sectors. Water, Electricity and bureaucracy are things we had 50years ago and the fact that these remains problems of the day, makes one question the kind of leaders we vote for. God save us and by that I don´t mean World bank.

Start it now and the crisis will be over.Now we got the Bui and Akosombo .Govt must build at least two more .If that is what is needed to boost the economy then invest heavily there.
