First things first would be to get correct valuations or appraisals on all properties with a staggered time for review so that valuations on all properties occurs at least once every 3 years (except where there is significant devaluation or appreciation not due to change in cost of living, such as devaluation due to damage or appreciation due to an area undergoing very rapid appreciation due to foreign speculation or the property receiving a construction addition or significant renovation). Next, can we give tax breaks to builders creating or renovating affordable housing? Finally, can we freeze valuations for seniors and disabled (at least for those who meet a certain low income threshold)?

when you are making laws you Need to put a lot of ingredients together so that you can tax the right People who are doing busnisses with their properties and are making a net oof profits.
