  LET THEM GIVE THE CONTRACTS TO FOREIGNERS. THE GH GOVT KNOWS THEY CANT DILLYDALLY WITH FOREIGN CONTRACTORS. THEN, THESE LOCAL CONTRACTORS SHOULD PARTNER WITH THESE FOREIGNERS. EITHER THAT OR PUT A WHITEMAN/FOREIGNER IN CHARGE ...

EITHER THAT OR PUT A WHITEMAN/FOREIGNER IN CHARGE TO DEAL WITH THE GOVT ON UR BEHALF. GH PROBLEMS ARE STR8 FROM THE TOP. THE HEADESS ARE SICK, LAZY N INCOMPETENT IN THE HEAD.

  The NDC government has really proved to Ghanaians that they are best when it comes to incompetence. (1) Inability to manage waste. (2) Inability to manage energy, leading to blackouts. (3) Mismanagement of our money to the extent that contractors cannot be paid. (4) Unprecedented number of strikes by unions and organisations (5) Ministers, MDCEs behaving independently of the Presidency (Wayome, Akwasi Oppong, SADA, etc) (6) Do nothing Ministers (7) Insensitivity of the government as a whole towards the plight of the people. (8) Destruction of all the good policies initiated by the Kuffour administration, eg. NYEP, NHIS, Free feeding of school children at school, Women delivering free at hospitals, infrastructural developments, financial stability. I hope Ghanaians might have learnt their lessons by now.

  its lamenting the way getfund contractors are treated. l have payment certificate sitting at getfund well over 1yr and yet ,no money is coming. our suppliers now targetting us at public garthrring and disgracing to the whole. must this be the price we pay for rendering service to mother Ghana? .Quess what, last Monday ,we heard getfund was making payments and to my surprise ,l was not paid but some colleaque were paid because l don't have insider. l mean my cerficate got there with others the same time April 2013. . my doctors say l have develop BP, in this case if l die today who will take care of my family?. thanks and may Allah speak to the people who are keeping our money to release it before is too late.
