  So with this kind of situation...what is the government doing in support of his people...because there is no way this kind of nonse is going to happen in any of the European countries....so I think before so called foriegn investers comes to invest,there should be a policy in support of the citizen.if the investers want to continue or going to abide with the policies then fine....and stop bordering ourselves with so called workers union......when are going to lean AFRICA STAND UP.....before we even relise our so called union leaders will be deceived by this investers by bribing them and the case becomes foolish case...FIRE BURN ALL AFRICAN LEADERS because they are useless.....

  Akyem districts make up more than half of the population of the Eastern Region.
  
  Even though today diamond production from Akyem has stopped temporarily Akyem districts must be given their fair share of projects. Discrimination against Akyems districts has been going on for at least the last forty years. A visit to the Akyem districts would indicate the poor state of districts: bad roads, poor infrastructure. The state of the districts is not reflective of the revenue they have contributed over the last 100 years.
