  I took all the money that I have from my standard chartered dollar accounts in cedi's, changed it back to dollars at the black market and moved it slowly into my dollar account here in America and its not coming to Ghana anym ...

  I took all the money that I have from my standard chartered dollar accounts in cedi's, changed it back to dollars at the black market and moved it slowly into my dollar account here in America and its not coming to Ghana anymore. a country that the bank can tell you how much money you can withdraw, keep your military regime style of doing things in that Jungle.

  The Bank of Ghana failed to advice if customers could still pay USD into their forex account. If I can withdraw $1,000 over the counter at the bank, we need to know if we can also pay in dollars into that same account.
