  When O when will we develop the capacity to extract our own oil and gas instead of handing out concessions to foreign interests?
  
  First it was Saltpond, then it was Jubilee, now it is TEN. And the foreign companies keep making massive profits to our detriment.
  
  We must develop a plan immediately to take control of our oil, gas and other natural resources within a specified period.
  
  In the interim, we must use the oil and gas reserves as equity in partnership with interested parties. Let us also come up with a proper programme to train our people to acquire the requisite skills to exploit our abundant oil, gas and other natural resources.
