  Much as this is a good idea, the mere turning it into manure will not make it accepted in organic farming. It has to be certified and approved for use.

  Much as this is a good idea, the mere turning it into manure will not make it accepted in organic farming. It has to be certified and approved for use.
  I would rather we also in addition concentrate in the production of fish meal for poultry feed.

  Stan Emert from Post Harvest Project here. We appreciate the questions. This fertilizer is OMRI (official organic) certified. It's in use in South America, Central America, North America and Asia already. Fish waste is used in fish meal and poultry feed, but it has already been proven that making this fertilizer is a more effective use of fish waste. Finally, it creates more income for fishermen and fishmongers and creates local jobs.
