  Yes who pays the fat salaries of these fat cats on the commission? No premium no cover was brought in to make it easier for the fat cats commissioners like this one to get cakes and honey milk. Why not allow clients and businesses some sort credit or payment terms as happens in any normal world.
  As for Ghana we cannot copy anything properly all the educated and policy makers do is to steal and defraud the poor.
