  Nii Ablorh, yes, they bought it from the said gentleman, who was present and was acknowledged at the ceremony,with a bank mortgage cos government was not forthcoming with funds to aid the work of such an important commission. ...

Dr Kwabena Donkor sang his praises for letting government have the building at a price less than other offers he got. Now, journalists don't include such things in their stories.
