  every project is funded by either a loan or some money from a foreign government.what do we fund as a nation?what do we do with the taxes and the duties we pay at the various ports?

That is how these so-called developed economies surreptitiously create jobs for their citizens, and polish their technologies through 'try & error' in our unfortunate COUNTRIES as "SOCIAL "LABORATORIES".   For five good years, ndc thumped their chest for bringing the SSSS now that it has become a problem Ndc is trying to run away from their own stupidities. You are clueless about this issue and should be quiet.

  ...but te problem is how it is being distributed and managed. The base problem is the unchecked expansion of our cities, towns and villages. I am not comparing here, just an example. In UK Westham United stadium, which is about the size of Rawlings park, is going to be tramsformed into 700 homes in 2016.... 2,3,4 bedrooms. In Ghana these 700 homes will srtetch from Accra circle to Nkawkaw or Konongo. Then we will have to extend electricity, water and roads to cover the distance. Electricity looses power and water looses pressure the further they travel from the source. Additional transformers and booster stations do not help; they rather add to the problem because they consume electric power. This is commonsense which our so-called doctors, professors,experts and politicians should have figured out long ago. Until we set limits to the unnecessary expansion of our cities and towns, no amount of effort can solve the electricity, water and road problems. I am the only one with the solution, but it will charge for that info.
