CEO, Encourage investment into industrial properties. We need jobs in value addition not in marketing foreign brands.
Just copying South African concepts which has a large industrial base.Need to get our manufacturing sector going first before shopping mall. Are we going to import stuff to fill these malls or what?

why take chance of being killed in industrial accident when you can have easy job in air conditioned mall??? Not everybody can be high paid deisel mechanic for Cummins or Detroit deisel like me
Every foreign product u sell in those malls help to create kaya yei and armed robbers. Think!
Where are people going to get the money to buy goods in shopping malls.
The economy is ailing and will continue to do for at least another 5 years. Investors in shopping malls will live to regret their dream.
