  I would not call you an animal but a blocked headed and needs your brains examined. Ghanaians are animals yet you said ''Your smelly country''. I never knew animals can create a country that smells. If you are indeed a real traveller you would have envisaged every country sticks except that they are able to manage them. But to make such a derogatory statement has exposed you and your level of thinking. Isaac Newton or Einstein would have laughed at you if they were still alive. Think before you write next time.

  Regards to the publisher of this article. Much more however have been left out about this useful information regarding the present situation of this project.It has been the initiative OF Ghana Government to promote domesticating and rearing of grass-cutter as a catalyst project which seek to address the problem of degradation of the bio-diversity and at the same time poverty.Much awareness have been created leading to the success in mass production. In 2005 there was a workshop in Accra on Promotion of domesticating and rearing of grass-cutter as a business. Participants from across the West African region participated together with all relevant stakeholders such as the Ministry Of Agriculture.Banks,Mesh weaving Industries, Farmers,to mention but few. Up to this level there is now the need to upgrade the project to the next level of value chain development. Government intervention is crucial once again to create the enabling environment for slaughtering, processing, storage, preservation, and market penetration, through the Market Oriented Agricultural program of the Ministry Of Agriculture not forgetting the adoption of best practices and hazard analysis and critical control Point l principles.When this is done it will generate more money internally and earn more foreign exchange as well as contribute to the gross domestic product instead of the massive export to USA of breeding stock of two months olds thus depriving Ghana of the great potentials in this project.   This is a good observation. Government should encourage this job. I think it will save the poor in a way and at the same time from eating poisoned grass-cutters.
