  The work of the Lands Commission should be seen as a matter of national security, to deliver transparent, rules based and fair services to the public and posterity. Done properly it would help prevent conflicts and save lives among other advantages. Please empower the Commission at National and local levels and together with the local level partners.

  William, I totally concur with all the points you raised. Government needs to finally enable the Lands Commission to work efficiently. There are far too many situations where people have been waiting for 15 years or even much longer to receive their land title documents. This is unacceptable and will not improve unless the Commissions is properly funded.
