  Management cannot incur losses of this magnitude to continue to earn fat salaries at the expense of the company. Most managements think of securing their positions instead of using their skills to increase the bottom line of their companies. No dividend for 10 years and with no pursuit of growth opportunities? No serious company will keep such lazy management only to accumulate losses.

  It is interesting that in the face of all these same challenges other companies made marginal profit and declared dividends. My parents are shareholders of COC and they say every since they bought shares in the company over 25 years ago they have never received any dividend it has always been loses so capital injection would not solve the problem. Look at the structure
