  Just recently,DR.BAWUMIA refuted the idea of NDC ECONOMIC GURUS that the redenomination of the currency has something to do with the bad state of the economy.
  Where was this guy to disprove that?
  At any rate,MAHAMA's administration has led us down.
  President Kufuor raised the bar,with no OIL and GAS,but MAHAMA has pressed it down with his weak and bad economic policies,coupled with BRIBERY & CORRUPTION.
  How do we reach,attain the status where KUFUOR sent us?
  Our income per capita was $1,000,with the population of 20 million,without OIL & GAS.
  But now 25 million,with OIL & GAS,having income per capita $600.
  MAHAMA's administration has placed Ghanaians in a bad state.
  Everything have gone in the drains.

  fix your silly country before you talk about Nigeria, only lagos GDP is like ghanas. Your budget deficit very high, inflation alarming, no light no water... The population of ghana is just 25million...u are 2nd highest exporters of cocoa in africa and 2nd highest exporters of gold as well...U have crude-oil, gold, diamond, raw salt and some other resources...with all this, u shuld be the number 1 in africa-economically....yea, in naija there is serious curruptions, we dnt hide it, but you guys are so hypocritic that u claim everytin is wel and i hate it you always say everytins ok when people are protesting everyday to flagstaff house, where as if we wanna go by statistics,u shuld be miles away 4m ya present position.. naija is 200million, proportionally, u got more resources than us.. Lets both face our country's problem

  Nigeria's oil gives more money than all of our resources... How many barrels of oil does Ghana have?? In reality both countries are failed states. Holland with a population of only 18 million people is richer than Nigeria!! Norway with a population of 4 million people is richer than Ghana. Republic of Ireland with a popluation of 3 million is richer than Ghana and Nigeria.
  
  Intelligence in developing a country and not population builds good economies and countries.
  
  
  Every sh!t country in Western Europe is better than Ghana and Nigeria!!

  Ghana is not achieving it's potential, even when Kuffor and Mills (who did ok in his term) were president....this is less about comparing ourselves with Nigeria and more about how as a nation Ghana should and must do better.

  Of course the problem is not from the redenomination of the currency. Ask yourself first why the redenomination? It must something was/is wrong with the economy and we think redomination could help. It did not help. We need to find that something.
