  Alhaji Bakari, you are a great savior, an effective leader that the country needs. The Lands dept has been a terribly corrupt institution where employees demand money to even look for your file or give you your file number. They will tell you your siteplan is faulty and will visit your land ostensibly to draw a new one only to collect money from you; after which it has taken me more than 3 years of tossing around. The so called store room is like a garbage landfill. Papers in a heap. I do not know whether they are waiting for an NGO to teach them how to organize files by number or location. Alhaji please more grease to your elbow in stamping out corruption in this department.

  START WITH THE LG BANKS OF GHANA THAT ARE FILLING FRUDULENT PAPER WORK
  IN THE LAND DEPT AFTER THEY "GIVE"HOME LOANS BANKSTERS ARE RIPPING OFF ORDINARY FALKS THE ONLY CORRUPTION IS PEPETRATED BY BANKERS AND THEIR FRAUD

  Mr. Nyari, please think outside the box.
  spread the cost of the equipment over a period of time and tack it into fees.
  The fee is payable at the time of delivery of service.
