  It is wrong and for that matter for a bank to refuse the auditing of its client and I believe it is against InternationaL Laws too, the Ghana Government should order the bank to co-operate with the auditing firm immediately; ...

  It is wrong and for that matter for a bank to refuse the auditing of its client and I believe it is against InternationaL Laws too, the Ghana Government should order the bank to co-operate with the auditing firm immediately; failure to do so the GG should sack the Executives and Management and replaced them with new ones/refuse to do business with the company concerned until its books are audited. The GG should be decisive on matters which are very important to the Nation, it's very troubling indeed for a bank to refuse auditing of it's clients' accounts,- it's just like telling the GG and Ghanaians to "fuck off" forgetting the bank belongs to GG and Ghanaians and they are paid by the GG directly or indirectly- unless they're involved with 'shady deals' with this and other companies and are therefore afraid, shame on you all employees of the bank from top to bottom!
