  that don't make them a mulitnation company..Where is Vivo's hq and what country do they operate..Thats no different than if you sell exxon brand motor oil and antifreeze. or Walmart brand..if your the importer and marketer yo ...

Same as car dealers ships like Ford, chevy(african motors) Tata, Bmw..the dealer ships are not owned by factory the have to buy the cars(at wholesale price) to resale
