  Confirmity certificate will be for sale just like everything. Allowing illiterates to clear goods to enrich custom officers and agents. The buyers will pay fr it.

  If a supplier pays say £1000 to get quality assurance team to check and certify goods, and say the supplier is making £1000 profit for supplying the goods; are you saying the supplier would use his £1000 profit to pay for this service? That is a joke. Which planet is Asaki from?
  
  Suppliers would even charge extra for acquiring quality assurance service and certification.
  
  Suppliers add up cost of products and cost of services and give the bill to buyers. Pure common sense. Mr Asaki, why would I as a supplier have to lose money because your country wants that certificate.
  
  And what benefit is it actually to the importer to acquire this certification? Would customs or GSA accept this certificates outright? I am sure they would doubt this certificate just as they doubt invoices.
  
  I am sure Mahama did not suspend the financial rules because of importers and exporters association so no need of thanking him.
