  Chinese would be the best investors to help separate the pebbles from the actual rice we produce and enable us produce rice for export too. We need to produce good rice before anyone tells us to eat Ghanaian rice.We can do it and should not settle for any mediocrity by saying we are Africans and don't have money as the advanced countries.We should go for the best and be competent on the world market.
