The profit after paying staff and rent and electric bills HAS to go to buy more petro & deisel...Tell me any marketwoman, building material store, supermarket...that only buys product for 1 time sale??? This is not Amazon.com where you pre-order a dvd or cd or phone!!!! You must take small or even 1/2 of your profit and buy something else to sale..Does a car dealer sell every car he has them buy more???? not many real ones..They sell a car then buy another to resell!

  early story say these filling station was 2-3-4 months late paying the fuel distributors! Should be no different than the prepaid meters...Let the filling stations managers or has cash or legit bank check to pay the tanker d ...

Should be no different than the prepaid meters...Let the filling stations managers or has cash or legit bank check to pay the tanker driver at time of delivery if the filling station has bad credit record..Its done that way in USA if you have bad credit you pay cash wether petro or buying beer and wine to refill you wine store
