  No matter the IMF bail out Ghana problem will not be solved by this Mahama administration. Is like buying a new car and giving it to in experienced driver. The President and his ministers just know what they are doing. I am afraid that the money is coming in the election year and NDC will start their useless and careless spending just to win election then we go back to the same circle of poverty.
