  If you raise the standards too high, some Ghanaians cannot afford to go into the oil business. Listing in the stock exchange can be expensive and time consuming. The issue is, encourge/allow Ghanaians to enter the oil business as start-ups just like in Nigeria many women are that business. Giving oil concession to only "Big" oil companies is not a guarantee that they will make profits, so much corporate politics and high expenses. Where were they prior to Tullow Oil landing in Ghana?
