Either the posted color photos are the folks that have already fallen victims and or these are the photos of the crooks behind this scheme. BTW, the last registration requirement indicated " 5. I personally know Michael Freeman, who is Head of the Office of Internatinal Students & Scholars.

Just get at least 2nd class upper, from Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Operations Research, and good TOEFL and GRE scores and apply for funding!! Period!!

What followed that were sham emails asking me to assist to transfer huge amounts of dollars from one war-torn country to another. But don't forget that if you agree to 'help', you will be asked to make payment in dollars for processing of documents and that is where you are going to REGRET paying that money so as for me I don't want to get close to any Nigerian oooohhhh ton!
