    Well done at long last,but the job is only half finished.If only this was done ealier.Now go around the rest of these established company's,Don't wait just close any place down and auction any materials that are worthwhile

    When to got the country using technicalities of the law. And corruption to secure judgement debt they squeezed the country to the limit. Good to see the tables being turned. I hope they are for real. After all this is Ghana

    I am in support that government must collect all monies owned to it but we must do it in a proper way. We are not aware this article whether the company was warned about the closure if they failed within a certain period. My ...

    Please sanction GRA staff who do auditing. They connive with most businesses to do that. Especially Indians and Lebanese. They take cars, fridges, building materials etc. and under value goods for their interest. Go to most b ...

    just more stealing for mahama and his band of theives...Plus people will be jobless while the business is closed..would have been better the IRS (USA) way, seize the bank accounts first..Then the business!

    Significant monetary penalties should be added to the taxes due, as well as monthly interest charges, compounded.
