  The journey ahead is still long and I want to advise that:
  
  - continue to work hard
  
  - treat your customers with all the needed respect and utmost honesty.
  
  - ensure that new staff are properly coached and groomed to stick to the bank's core values and beliefs - no compromise. Once your values are abused by your staff this will begin the fall of the bank.
  
  - treat your staff very equitably, fairly, firmly and friendly.
  
  - build solid and healthy relations with all stakeholders: staff, customers, etc.
  
  I wish you all the best and a continuous growth.

  BOG need to aduit and investigate
  every QR THIS BANKS to insure that
  the people of Ghana dont get ripp off and that the saving and loan companys compaly with Ghana lending laws and proper disclosure
