  Madam Jane Naana, what criteria is used to select best teachers? If the purpose for best teacher award is to award excellence,professionalism and dedication in the teaching profession then you are deceiving us and yourself, and NIB has also cast its net at the wrong place. If criteria for selecting best teacher at just district level(like Biakoye district) is whom you know and what you have, then can you imagine what it will be in regional and national level? Those corrupt people there are the very people who will open their mouths at 360 degrees and say there is corruption in the country. Hypocrates.
