I agree with President. However, what is he doing to limit the redtape, bureaucratic attitude that stems enterprise in ghana? Too much taxes for locals and less for foreigners...why?
There are no honest people to trust hence sole traders
If there is good management in place every business will flourish no matter the ownership. What we lack is honesty and management - same as what you lack in your govt
You need to work with the right people and sign conciliatory contracts. Kf people know they could be jailed for wrongdoing in business partnerships. People will be honest, don't you think?

It's difficult to expand to multiple partnerships or incorporate one's company, because business growth is slow in Ghana due to mistrust and fraud.
