  This former minister became suspicious yet did very little to investigate. He claims to be blissfully ignorant of incidence of payments which occurred under his reign.
  The amounts involved will clearly require his authorisation and if they were paid without his knowledge, whose budget was it charged to. What financial reviews as head of department does he do on a monthly basis. He means such a figure did not stick out like a sore thumb.

  He is just figthing his shadow and making noise,when the time he will account for every cent.He should stop his annanse story and bring the Money back or less us know where and those with the booty.Imagine if thousands of job ...
