  Ghanaians are spending too much of mobile phone usage. This has taken chunk of their disposable income at the expense of food and clothes expenditure. With high unemployment, people are being hard done by it. Regrettably, the data and voice calls are usually for social purposes. Just small proportion is for economic end.

  The internet has been designed in such a way that law enforcement agencies can intercept and decrypt the traffic when needed. Therefore anybody with network access can intercept and decrypt the traffic. After Sept 11, 2001 these loopholes were made even easier.
  
  With this fact in mind what should every wise nation do? The Ghana armed forces and the BNI should be present in all ISPs and communication companies to ensure that no one gets network access. Until this is done every one uses the internet at his or her own peril.
  
  The national communication Authority has exhibited gross ineptitude in this regard.
