  the Facts ,that had to go straight into the skulls in this Country is that utilities, be it industries or domestics must not be a luxury but rather Basic necisity-
  who are the domestics ? are they not the same workers who worked for the industries? and had one sitdown stastisticaly to calculate what one earns at the end of the month and spends throughtout the month?
  
  The government by it constituitional duties must provide Basic utilities like roads, electricity , water, and Schools at Affordable Price to every Person in the Country first before thinking of exporting the Surplus
  
  The authorities in this Country must get this into their heads that the Utility tarrifs,petrol,gas, diesel, kerosen Prices in this Country to the Minimum wages doesn!t add up for economical growth .
  
  squeezing the People who are the gears of the economy will lead the government to squar 1
  eg if the industries produce and the buyers had no money to buy who is to benefit?

  What happens to the 60% of consumers who don't pay at all? So you continue to increase for the 40% only, is that what you wasted the tax payers money for to learn when you pack yourselves to California? Why cant the black man ...

  People who are working for profits, cheating government of taxes and many other evils are to pay less for power. Are those thinking that way forgotten that many of the domestic users are pensioners.
