  VRA, ECG and other power producers in the country must charge electricity in kilowatt hours. How much is 1 kilowatt hour of electricity??
  
  It is said that while some districts pay high electricity tariffs others pay next to nothing. It is also said that within the same neighborhoods in the Accra/Tema Megapolis tariffs vary from house to house.

  This is the capital and labour conflict. The ordinary people (labour) need jobs.Capital (the rich) needs to operate at cheaper cost and in large volumes to increase profits, and then provide more job opportunities. Labour maybe jealous, but instead, it should let reason prevail and collaborate with capital.
  That is how the Asian Tigers got it right.
