The Ministry of Roads and highways must ensure that the Greater Accra DVLA office supplies the approved right highway code books and a properly trained head who would not only behave with decorum but address all VIPs and VVIPs with the title Sir.

All DVLA officers must put on name tags so that a report can be made when necessary.

The driver licensing process must be streamlined and more offices need to be opened.
