the bigger numbers get or increase the lesser the % change. when road tolls increased from 5p to 50p the % change was 500%. take it to 1 cedi and the % change becomes 100%. realize that the real change in amount is greater in ...

the bigger numbers get or increase the lesser the % change. when road tolls increased from 5p to 50p the % change was 500%. take it to 1 cedi and the % change becomes 100%. realize that the real change in amount is greater in value than the first one yet the % change is lower. so ndc communicaters don't use values than %s these days. but during npp times they were using both to lambast the then govt.
