  Parliament must pass a bill to create or revamp an agency for Economic Policy that is totally non-partisan. Kwakye should be part of that team. He gives unadulterated economic advice.

  Too many docters in Ghana always talking trash. We Dr. Paabobo, Dr. Tomatoes,Dr.Mmre(mushroom) heerrrr. When going are going to stop this stupidity of also believing in these so called Dr.'s. I remember a friend of mine had an interview for teaching appointment in KNUST and he was told that he cannot be given the job because he had no PhD. Mainwhile, he had his second degree in that particular field and had taught in various universities in UK.
