  Is this not a factory that private investors are interested in? It sounds like the factory can't meet demand. So the problem to solve is the raw materials and the power. I can turn this factory around. If I produce something that is a hotcake I will never fail. Everybody wants easy stolen money, oil money and cocoa money from poor farmers. People should work. Just crazy.

  Most Ghanaian entrepreneurs cannot manage and run factories. We need hard-core strict managers. The workers have a tendency to STEAL from such factories

Our own stinking attitude as a people is the bane for our underdevolopment. No wonder MODEC had to sack Ghanaian Oil Rig workers for this same sh!t. Dangote recently had to send some useless Ghanaian workers home for this same sh!t. Wise up Ghana Men.
