  DEVELOPMENT CANNOT BE ACHIEVED WITHOUT VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING AS ARTISANS AND TECHNICIANS AND TO BOOST AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY AT THESE SECTORS.
  
  WE NEED A LONG TERM CHANGE AND TO OVERCOME THE CHALLENGES AND DIFFICULTIES FACING THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY IN GHANA.

  We definitely need second chamber as former President recently intimated. This would allow such educated Omanhene to see to push his idea of mechanizing the nation's agriculture in the upper house.

  We definitely need second chamber as former President recently intimated. This would allow such educated Omanhene to see to push his idea of mechanizing the nation's agriculture in the upper house.
  
  The Omanhne of Asokore is certainly right; we need to mechanize farming to make attractive to the youth.
  
  I will also set up cooperative extension services in every region, and codify land tenure to facilitate land ownership in the country.
