  Mahama really understands the world's economy very well. If you don't have the money, borow, borrow and borrow again for well-targeted capital projects. Water, energy, education, health, roads, transport science and technology.That's what Brazil did.For now a lot of people will see these as debts but when all of them take shape, we will see agric and industry flourish easily and our nation prospers bountifully.By the time Mahama leaves office a lot of key projects would be in place with loans, but Ghana will not 'die'.We can only become better. He is indeed a very smart president.
